The Chrysolite

Saint Hildegarde poetically describes its formation: “The chrysolite develops thanks to the ardour of the sun and the humidity of the air, after the middle of the day, around the ninth hour”. (Physica ch IX)

Saint Hildegarde lends many uses to the chrysolite, and has many virtues, such as that of giving good knowledge. In order to choose the most suitable stone, it is important to know beforehand what will be its use.
To keep it above steam, polished stones or a necklace may be suitable, to coat it with balm polished stone is preferred. To hold it directly on the skin, a bracelet or a pendant will be perfect.
