Badger Slippers

Saint Hildegarde recommends wearing badger fur close to the skin to ward off diseases.

The soles, trimming and headband of the slippers are made of badger fur, the rim and top are made of sheepskin. The manufacture is entirely handmade.

The badger skins we work with do not come from farms but from badgers hunted in the far north because of overpopulation. The fur is dense and as soft as possible for this type of animal.
